About Me

I always enjoyed playing a variety of sports, however, it was only when I turned thirteen years of age – that boxing became a major part of my life.

The sport provided the foundations in shaping the person I am now, as it taught me three very simple yet important things; these being: respect for others, manners and patience.

I feel that I was lucky to have the boxing coach that I did as a youngster, as he was a fantastic role model. He left me with a strong ambition to guide other young people, in the same way that he did for me. As a coach today, I focus primarily on technique. My aim is to produce well grounded – dignified champions. I always aim to be an excellent “role model” to young people too… guiding them to the correct path.

Proudest Moments / Boxing Achievements:
My proudest moment came from becoming Three times Albanian champion, where I was rewarded with travelling around Europe – representing my country in two European championships. Here, I gained a Bronze medal, and also a Gold medal in the Balkan’s Olympics.

About Me

I have had a huge interest in sports since a young age. I was mainly playing sports such as Football when growing up however I always got the feeling as if there was something missing.

Growing up, I was bullied at school due to being a different colour to everyone else around me.

My mother asked for the assistance of school teachers to help resolve the bullying issue but nothing really changed and it was at that point that my mother took me to the gym and there I was introduced to Martial Arts so I could protect myself. I started off with American Kickboxing. As time went on, I decided to try Muay Thai as I would watch videos on YouTube but I was too afraid to try it.

After my first Muay Thai class, I fell in love with the sport and have never looked back since. Learning Muay Thai has given me the opportunity to travel the world and compete in places such as China, Japan, Thailand, Portugal and many more. I am now a full time professional fighter and I work as a coach at Oxford Martial Arts Academy passing my knowledge on to others.
